We are looking for a technical surveyor to join our busy production teams CAD department!

• Full time position
• Salary + commission based sales

• We’re looking for an enthusiastic candidate, with great inter-personnel and communication skills to visit our clients homes, conduct a professional survey, carefully checking measurements in their bedrooms, living spaces and home offices. To produce 2d cad, plans, 3d visuals and elevations for client and technical drawings for our workshop.
• Would suit a candidate with knowledge of the KBB industry.
• Candidate must be presentable, friendly & have an eye for detail. Polite, courteous and excellent time keeping is a must. You must be confident in taking measurements as your plans will be the final confirmation before the furniture goes into production.

Job details:

• Your day will be spent travelling to confirmed jobs to measure, confirm details, sign production drawings and relay terms and conditions to our valued customers.
• You will be office/workshop/showroom based, to be given a briefing of the builds, plan schedules, call/email to confirm appointments, produce drawings in conjunction with our production, sales, and office team. Also travelling to clients homes to complete the surveys.
• You will be required to maintain a professional relationship with our clients on behalf of the company.
• The commission based sales initiative to the role when an in depth product knowledge has been achieved. Full training on sales and CAD will be given.

Applicants must have:

• 2 years experience working in a similar role for a bespoke furniture company. Experience with Cad-LT 2D drawing software, Arti-Cad experience would be preferable.
• A full UK Clean driving license.
• Your own car.
• A smartphone

Pay: £26,500.00 per year
